主要有效成分为生物碱类，因此采用强酸性阳离子交换树脂对生物碱进行富集和纯化工艺的研究，根据厂家提供的预处理和再生方法，用去离子水浸泡过液，并洗去离子水近无色，装入色谱柱，使树脂转化为钠型，并用去离子水洗至流出液近中性;最后用 5 倍体积量 2mol/L盐酸冲洗树脂柱，使树脂转化为氢型，并用去离子水洗至流出液近中性，备用。

The main active ingredients are alkaloids, therefore the strongly acidic cation exchange resin of enrichment and purification process of alkaloids, pretreatment and regeneration method according to the manufacturer, using deionized water soaking liquid, and wash away the ion water near colorless, into the column, the resin into sodium, and washed by deionized water to the outflow of liquid near neutral; finally rinse resin column with 5 times the volume of the amount of 2mol/L hydrochloric acid, the resin into hydrogen, and washed by deionized water to the outflow of nearly neutral, spare.
