（1）正确选择混凝剂，在实际工作中会通过实验确定药剂最佳投放量，防止铝盐、铁盐后移，严格控制砂滤器、活性炭过滤器出水中的浊度。

（2）搞好预处理的杀菌灭藻工作，控制好进入阳离子交换器前的余氯量。

（3）选用优质的再生剂，此外对再生剂的运输和储存过程中的容器要采取防腐措施，防止铁锈、有机涂层脱落污染。

（4）对于可能接触树脂的压缩空气，要净化除油，防止带入油雾；对水源吸水口附近，防止油污染。

（5）定期用压缩空气吹洗树脂，以除去悬浮物、有机物和铁等。
