软化水树脂铁污染的预防
1、做好原水预处理工作。在保证澄清池出水水质的情况下，尽可能降低FeCl3混凝剂的用量，防止铁盐后移，严格控制无烟煤石英砂过滤器的出水浊度。
1. Pretreatment of raw water. Under the condition of guaranteeing the quality of the effluent from the clarifier, the dosage of FeCl3 coagulant should be reduced as much as possible to prevent the iron salt from moving backward, and the turbidity of the effluent from anthracite quartz sand filter should be strictly controlled.
2、严格控制再生剂烧碱溶液中NaClO3和Fe2O3的含量。

3、所有回收的冷凝液必须经过氰纶棉除铁过滤器后，再进入树脂床层进行处理。在资金允许的情况下，可以考虑将氰纶棉除铁过滤器改乘磁力除铁过滤器，提高除铁效率。
3. All recovered condensate must pass through a cyanoacrylic cotton iron removal filter and then enter the resin bed for treatment. 4、弱阳离子交换器每次再生时，先用无烟煤石英砂过滤器出水以8m/h流速对树脂床进行逆流反洗，直至出水清澈，以洗脱树脂表面附着的矾花。强阳离子交换器、阴双层床每隔一定的周期，对床层进行大反洗，流速以树脂不从反洗水出口跑出为宜。
4. When the weak cation exchanger is regenerated, the resin bed is backwashed with the effluent of www.taiyuanbanjia.com.cnwww.gonglujiemuju.cnwww.turangxiufuu.cnwww.yanglaoyuand.cnanthracite quartz sand filter at a flow rate of 8 m/h until the effluent is clear to remove the alum attached to the resin surface. Strong cation exchanger and anion double bed should be backwashed at regular intervals, and the flow rate of resin should not run out of the outlet of backwash water.
5、混床每次再生前，采用0.1Mpa的压缩空气以约22m/h的气速从混床底部对树脂进行擦洗，然后用一级脱盐水冲洗，反复数次，直至混床出水清澈，以洗脱漂莱特树脂表面附着的铁。
5. Before each regeneration of the mixed bed, the resin was scrubbed from the bottom of the mixed bed with compressed air of 0.1Mpa at a speed of about 22m/h. Then the resin was washed with first-order desalination water for several times until the water from the mixed bed was clear, so as to remove the iron adhering to the surface of the resin.www.yanglaoyuant.com.cn
