阳离子交换树脂的使用方法
1离子反应的效率是按极数增加的.举例:在标准流量下,假若1公升离子可以处理50升水的话,5公升离子就可以处理500升水,10公升能处理5吨水,15公升离子就可能处理15吨水.(以上数据举例说明,不准确.)

2阳离子商品状态都是钠型的.交换后的水呈碱性因为钠型在每交换一个钙镁离子时相应的释放一个钠在水中,所以在碳酸盐硬度下降的同时PH要上升.

3使用阳离子得到软水时必须转型. 将钠型阳离子转为氢型,转型过程相对难度较大.简单介绍一下, 一酸\一碱\一酸\转为氢型. 一碱\一酸\一碱\又换原成钠型. 反应液配比为盐酸浓度:原液39%浓度稀释到8%浓度酸液. 反应液配比碱液浓度:97%含量干燥片碱兑制成7%浓度碱液. 酸液按每小时1.5-2.0吨量通过离子,然后纯水清洗到PH值为3.5左右. 同流量碱液通过离子,PH洗至14左右. 同流量再经过酸液,最后纯水洗至PH4.5以上即可. 转型的反应时间为每次25分钟. 4离子再生 氢型离子在中毒后(饱和)需要再生使用,8%浓度酸液加温到45度按每小时1.5-2.0吨量通过离子,最后纯水洗至PH4.5以上即可.(5倍离子量的再生液循环经过离子,此办法为动态再生) 5离子使用与保护 氯气\水中的固态胶原物\对树脂的损害严重,会导致离子架碎裂,使离子无法通过再生反复使用.所以在使用时必须设置水的预处理设备,高密棉滤与活性碳,这里氯对树脂的损害最严重所以必须要经过单位体积的活性碳来出氯.(自来水流量25公斤的椰壳碳就行)
